Season 4
Overview
Maharaja Lawak Mega 2014 is themed "Superhero Lawak", a reality serial program produced by Astro that combines the participation of the best professional comedians and comedy actors from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Participant participation is open to all existing or established comedians with no exception to participation. A total of 16 'Hot Seat' comedian groups will perform in the Maharaja Lawak Mega 2014 Hot Seat which takes place on 32 October 2014 to get a place with 10 other 'fast lane' comedian groups to perform on the Maharaja Lawak Mega 2014 stage.
Episodes
1. Week 1
Free theme. Zizan Razak Virus selected Man of the Match. Kepoh and Sayot were eliminated.
2. Week 2
Free theme. Jep Sepahtu was selected Man of the Match. No elimination.
3. Week 3
Theme was "Retro". Shuib Sepahtu was selected Man of the Match. Samurai was knocked out.
4. Week 4
Theme was "Parody". Abam Bocey was selected Man of the Match. No elimination.
5. Week 5
Free theme. Achey Bocey was selected Man of the Match. Wala and Ekzos were eliminated.
6. Week 6
Theme was "Musical Comedy". Dato' AC Mizal was selected Man of the Match. Comey was out.
7. Week 7
Theme was "Moral Comedy". Jep Sepahtu was selected Man of the Match. Shake knocked out.
8. Week 8
Theme was "Guest Artists" who were Hazama (Nabil), Che Man (Sepahtu), Puteri Balqis (Bocey), Nasir Bilal Khan (Shiro), Stacy (Zero), Fauziah Ahmad Daud (Jalor), Amyra Rosli (Virus), and Afdlin Shauki (SYJ). Shahrol Shiro was selected Man of the Match. No elimination.
9. Week 9
Theme was "Scary Stories". Atu Zero was selected Man of the Match. Jalor was knocked out.
10. Week 10
Themes were "Latest Trends" and "Radio". Ajak Shiro was selected as Man of the Match. SYJ was eliminated.
11. Week 11
Themes were "Silent Comedy" and "Karoot Komedia". Jep Sepahtu was selected Man of the Match. No elimination.
12. Week 12
Themes were "Prop" and "Accent". Jep Sepahtu was selected Man of the Match. Virus eliminated.
13. Final Week
Held at Putra Bukit Jalil Stadium. Themes were free and "Musical Comedy". Jep Sepahtu was selected Man of the Match. Zero was crowned champion, Sepahtu in second place, and Nabil in third place.
