Overview
Season two finds our hero Sheila Rubin having successfully launched her first fitness video only to encounter some new and bigger obstacles on her path. She is torn between loyalty to her husband and the values he represents, and a dangerous attraction to someone else. And since she’s no longer the only game in town, she finds herself having to outrun some fierce new competitors on the road to building a full-fledged fitness empire.

Sheila is confronted as she performs an aerobics demonstration. Danny leads a group of young environmental activists.

Pushing through haunting memories and physical pain, Sheila seeks relief in the class of a local fitness icon. Bunny visits someone from her past.

Sheila solicits Bunny to fill in for her at promotional events. Greta and Ernie spice up their marriage.

Tyler and Bunny concoct a scheme. John confides in someone who was close to his father. Sheila and Greta get advice from Vinnie Green.
6. Don't You Have Enough
Danny makes some discoveries. Sheila and John discuss how to handle the threat. Greta proposes a new experience to the Rubins.

With Danny and Greta pledging their support, Sheila makes a decision no one expects.

Sheila gets a look inside Vinnie Green’s operation. Danny does some soul-searching.

In seclusion, Sheila searches for the courage and strength to face her demons.
