Season 1
Overview
Hell breaks lose when an ambitious coach (Johnny Yan) takes over the training of the women swim team. He places high hopes on the most promising swimmer (Jeanette Aw) who fails to live up to his expectations because of excessive family burdens. In between clashes, they developed feelings for each other until the untimely return of his ex-wife... Swim buddies (Fiona Xie) and (Joyce) compete not only in the pool but also in their quest for love. Trouble brews when both fall for the same guy (Toro) from the water polo team. Ironically, their siblings (Qi Yuwu) and (Jessica) get entangled in yet another game of unrequited underwater love when the latter decides to turn his attention to another... Things get heated up when the competition draws near... Will the trials of true friendship and the turbulence of courtship cause them to falter? Or will it fuel their drive to excel in the sport they love .

After being defeated, the Flying Fish accepts the challenge to compete with the Seagulls again, but an accident causes them to hit another bottom.
2. Episode 2
Flying Fish is on the brink of dissolution. Kaixin has an unexpected encounter with Jiajun. Flying Fish's new coach surprises everyone.
3. Episode 3
The new coach trains the team rigorously. Jingwen clashes with Kaiwei. Yilin lies to get close to Jiajun. Jingwen makes a shocking decision.
4. Episode 4
Jiajun and Kaixin organize a charity fair together. Ruthless Zhengkang causes the team to suffer, and a prank endangers Wu Jie.
5. Episode 5
Zhengkang apologizes to Jingwen, who decides to return to the team after knowing his past. The relationship between Jiajun and Kaixin heats up.
6. Episode 6
Zhengkang earns the respect of the team. Yilin sets a trap for Kaixin. Jinglong runs away from home, and Kaiwei is falsely accused at work.
7. Episode 7
As Jingwen helps Kaiwei out of jams, he offers to look for Jinglong. Kaixin and Jiajun are at loggerheads due to the charity fund.
8. Episode 8
Kaiwei and Jingwen reconciles after Jinglong is rescued. Zhengkang impresses Jingwen after coaching Jingfang to swim. Jiajun and Kaixin make amends.
9. Episode 9
During a trip to Cairns, Jiajun and Jinxiang care deeply for Kaixin. Feeling left out, Yilin sets Kaixin up. Zhengkang and Jingwen grow closer.
10. Episode 10
Kaixin and Jiajun's relationship becomes strained while Yixuan and and Kaiwei experience a surprising breakthrough. An unexpected guest shows up.
11. Episode 11
Zhengkang is troubled by Anni's return, who gets jealous of Jingwen. Kaixin breaks up with Jiajun, who is later caught up in an unexpected drama.
12. Episode 12
Jingwen and Kaiwei bonds. Kaixin realizes what Yilin has been doing. Anni is frustrated by Zhengkang's presence.
13. Episode 13
Flying Fish unite to compete for the team's honor. Jingwen tries to protect her brother, but ends up putting Zhengkang in danger.
14. Episode 14
Mingcai and Jinglong amend fences, and Jiajun reconciles with Kaixin. As Jingwen takes care of Zhengkang, they form a close bond.
15. Episode 15
As Anni tries to win Zhengkang back, Jingwen confides in Kaiwei. Jealously of the relationship between Kaixin and Jiajun, Yilin hatches a secret plan
16. Episode 16
Jingwen backs out as Zhengkang tries to get back together with Anni. Kaiwei and Jingwen grows closer. Yilin plots against Kaixin.
17. Episode 17
Beleaguered Kaixin breaks up with Jiajun through a chain of misunderstandings. Jingwen reaches her breaking point after a sudden turn of events.
18. Episode 18
Aware of what Yilin has been doing, Kaixin faces conflict feelings. Kaiwei and Jingwen's relationship has a breakthrough.
19. Episode 19
Jingwen and Kaiwei have an embarrassing encounter with Yixuan. The Flying Fish is defamed. Yilin feels upset and runs into trouble.
20. Episode 20
Flying Fish reunite and fight to win. Zhengkang and Anni reconnect with each other. Kaiwei finally realizes his feeling towards Yixuan and Jingwen.
