Overview
A school assignment to find out whose family founded and still owns the City sends Billy and Maddy across town on adventures with old friends and new faces. Ultimately, they not only learn about their City, but must save it!

Saving Maddy’s mom when the City Hall security system runs amok, Billy and Maddy find a clue to the City founder’s identity.
2. Who is Ludmilla Ersatz?
With help from the kids, Daisy "Kaboom" Lewis creates an alter ego to take the blame for her past mis-deeds, but two identities prove hard to maintain.
3. Crisis on Moonbase: Momentous!
Billy must save his astronaut hero when Captain Momentous hallucinates an alien invasion after eating expired astronaut food.
4. Wreckless Driving
Billy and Maddy must help Stunt Driver Wallop pass a safe driving course, or risk being banned from City streets forever.
5. A House Divided
Cultures clash when the fire department moves in temporarily with the police department following damage to their station.
6. The Trojan Slooshie
The Ice Cream Truck Bandits waylay the police force with frozen drinks, giving the officers Glacial Brain Freeze.
7. Born to Direct
Maddy's filmmaking ambitions go wild when she offers to direct a fire safety video.
8. The Wexler Deflector Conjecture
Depressed, Dr. Wexler quits science. But when a meteor threatens the City, Billy and Maddy must persuade him back!
9. Billy to the Max
Billy worries he won’t meet his Mom’s expectations when she signs them up for a charity event’s team physical challenges.
10. The Good, the Bad… and the Turtles
Maddy takes in two lost turtles, unaware that they belong to rivals Sinclair and Fendrich, who believe she's kidnapped them.
11. Day of the Dread
With their best friends out of town, Maddy and Dread spend the day together and struggle to find common ground.
12. Mr. Produce Buys the Farm
After buying a farm to grow his own produce, Mr. Produce becomes convinced neighbouring farmers are out to get him.
13. This Land is Harl's Land
Fendrich and Sinclair forge an unlikely alliance to try and drive Harl off a piece of undeveloped land he owns.
14. Shirley Overdrive
Shirley Keeper infiltrates the city's underworld to retrieve the secret formula for Vita Rush's new flavour.
15. Yes, No, Maybe So?
To build an environmentally-unfriendly factory, Fendrich preys on Mayor Fleck's need to be liked to approve his project.
16. Grizzled and Grizzled-er
Detective Grizzled's first partner of bad habits returns to the City, causing frustration for his current partner, Rooky.
17. Freya, Basically
The kids notice that Freya is in a rut when it comes to making firefighting decisions, so they help her get her groove back.
18. Where in the World is Sheep Wheeler?
When they learn Fendrich owns the city, the kids need Chief Wheeler's help, but he may have magically turned into a sheep.
19. King Fendrich I
Billy, Maddy, and friends resist Fendrich's iron rule and desperately try to prove that he does not, in fact, own the city.
20. King Fendrich II
Moments before Fendrich can tear down city hall, Billy and Maddy learn the shocking truth of who owns the city.
