Day 4 starts with big surprises for Teams Red, Blue, and Black. Team Red picks up a unique passenger while Team Green reflects on how blessed they are. Alex meets his closest relative yet and the Photo Challenge proves to be the difference.

Alex celebrates his sister’s birthday with a heartfelt song. Teams Red, Green, and Blue all find close connections waiting for them. Jamie from Team Black has a life-changing discovery.

The morning starts with a surprise relative for Alex. Team Photos are filled with patriotic pride while all the teams get excited for their challenge.

Immunity is on the line and the teams push themselves to the limit. Jaime from Team Red has perhaps his most important family member waiting for him back at home in Brooklyn.

Team Red navigates New York City traffic. Jansen introduces his dad to an entirely new meaning for "the smell of victory." Team Green gets an unexpected and emotional phone call.

Team Red gets caught up in NYC freeway traffic so they resort to surface streets to save them from a fatal strike. Team Black gets surprised with a family reunion.

The three remaining teams face extreme weather in upstate New York as they face the waters of Lake George. A surprising twist adds an additional member to each team for the final showdown.
