An employee of the tourist police Valeria Aksenova breaks a special operation. In the evening, Lera meets a guy at the bar. It soon turns out that her new acquaintance is a swindler ... The whole department of the Tourist Police has to take part in the plot that the general ordered to be removed. In one of the hotels in the city of Sochi, the mayor disappears. Lera and Gosha begin his search.

Captain Stepan Redko cannot accept the fact that a methodologist-psychologist was invited to the tourist police department. Sych and Myakish are sent to a nudist beach to investigate a new matter.
