Carlos meets Adela in the worst circumstances. As undocumented immigrants, she flees from gang members for her life and faces a relentless struggle to survive in the U.S.

Luis, Carlos' son, helps him recover his truck, it is the only option he has to get ahead as a gardener. Adela hides to survive among the criminal gangs.

Carlos catches Adela and forces her to look for the truck together, Luis warns his father of the risk of holding her. In prison, the Faier, transmits the order of the leader of La Colonia.
