In the series premiere, Barbecue Street is an old-school Georgia BBQ joint stuck in its ways. With their business dwindling, restaurant consultant Monti Carlo and a group of Yelp reviewers step in with hidden cameras to see what's really going wrong. The reviews are shocking and so is the surveillance footage, which reveals the reason Barbecue Street's 'cue is tough, dry and inedible.
