A woman wants to build expensive homes on a plot of undeveloped land, but has nothing to show for it and is $3.5 million in debt.

Sidney partners with Russell, a stubborn contractor who's made some serious mistakes with his first solo flip. He has ambitious plans for an upscale house in Treme, despite mountains of problems with location, building damage, and budget.
