Season 2
Overview
After 'The American Dream', 'Die Suid-Afrikaanse Droom' and 'The Caribbean Dream' and trying their luck in the United Kingdom and Ireland, the famous Dutch artists Nick and Simon and their manager Kees travel again to the United States. This time they visit the entertainment capitals Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Their manager Kees arranges special gigs, strange encounters and of course a lot of laughs.
Episodes
1. Episode 1
The musical duo starts off once again on an American adventure. They start in Los Angeles at the Dutch vocal coach Babette Labeij. She lives in Los Angeles and tries to help Nick and Simon.
2. Episode 2
Nick and Simon meet The Christopher Brothers. Together with this young band, formed by three brothers, Nick & Simon are giving away a great performance.
3. Episode 3
The three Volendammers visit The Delinquent Habits, a hiphop formation from Los Angeles, who introduce them to the latino music culture.
4. Episode 4
Nick, Simon and Kees try the Los Angeles music scene. In the studio they are working on a track with a new melody and lyrics.
5. Episode 5
Nick, Simon and Kees meet surf dudes in San Diego, go horseback riding with genuine cowboys and meet Cody Lovaas, a young surfer and rising star discovered by Jason Mraz.
6. Episode 6
Nick, Simon and Kees are heading for their final destination: via route 66 they arrive in Las Vegas. They meet Zowie Bowie who will show them around in his town.
