The Dancing Dolls dance team prepares to compete against a fierce rival in Chattanooga, TN. Head coach, Dianna, forbids a number of dancers from participating at the event after less-than-perfect performances at rehearsal and team captain, Kayla, struggles with the added pressure of performing a solo. Meanwhile, Rittany, one of the dancers' moms, butts heads with Dianna and threatens to pull her daughter from the team.
2. Battle in Memphis
The Dancing Dolls compete in Memphis against some of the best dance teams in the South. Rittany tires of Dianna's harsh teaching style and pulls Crystianna out of rehearsal; and a judging controversy leads to a riot.
3. The Wig Is Off
The Dancing Dolls return to Memphis hoping to beat one of their biggest rivals.
4. "Baby" Doll Don't Mean "Baby"
The Dancing Dolls get their pint-sized counterparts, the Baby Dancing Dolls, to compete in their place so they can focus on developing a secret weapon to defeat their biggest rival, the Prancing Tigerettes.
5. Sunjai in Stilettos
The Dancing Dolls travel to Memphis to compete against two fierce rivals.
6. Street Battle
The Dancing Dolls challenge their rivals to a street battle; tension on the dance floor sparks a clash between dancers and spectators.
7. Shut Up and Dance
The Dancing Dolls prepare to defend their title against local rivals, as Mimi tries to convince Dianna to let the mothers back into the dance studio during rehearsal.
8. The Lock-In
The Dancing Dolls struggle to master difficult stands and they prepare for a competition in Memphis.
9. The Finale: Battle Royale
Season 1 ends with the Dancing Dolls competing in a winner-take-all "Battle Royale." The dancers feel extra pressure to perform well when they learn that the judges are professional dancers and choreographers who may be looking to discover someone.

Dianna shares secrets from Season 1 and offers a history of the hip-hop majorettes.

The team travels to Nashville to battle their one of their biggest rivals, Ladies of Excellence.
17. Baby Dolls vs. Baby Tigerettes
The moms and the Baby Dancing Dolls get the spotlight when the moms perform in creative dance with Kayla, Sunjai, and Camryn's dads, but Crystianna's aunt, Rittany, can't keep up with the choreography.
18. Pray for Sunjai
When Sunjai struggles to make the stand battle squad, it sends Miss D's nerves in a spiral, prompting Kayla to come to the rescue.
19. Dolls vs. Dollz: The Rematch
The Dancing Dolls and the Dynamic Diamond Dollz go at it once more to settle some unfinished business.
20. Bucking for Revenge
The Dolls go back to Memphis to face the Dynamic Diamond Dollz after having to settle for a tie the week before, but first, they must contend with a wide range of competitors and the Baby Dancing Dolls are featured in the parade category.
21. Chumps or Champions?
The competition season concludes with one final championship event.
22. The DD4L Tour
The Dancing Dolls go on the road to different cities on a "Buck or Die" camp to teach children majorette dance styles.
