2. Episode 2
Today Dumfries Police deal with a serious road collision between a car and a horsedrawn carriage carrying a bridal party; The Royal Navy search and rescue helicopter crew undertake a dangerous flying manoeuvre beneath electricity pylons to reach a man in the Firth of Forth; and the Cairngorm Ski Patrol come to the aid of a badly injured skier.
3. Episode 3
Today, the Royal Navy Search and Rescue helicopter crew race to transfer a teenage girl with suspected meningitis from a rural hospital in Lochgilphead to urgent specialist care; the Dumfriesshire police stopcheck suspicious drivers; and in the Cairngorms, the ski patrol attend to casualties on the slopes.

The Royal Navy search and rescue helicopter crew are scrambled to one of Glencoe's highest peaks to search for three stranded climbers in the pitch black; rural traffic cops stop a van crammed full of suspect counterfeit goods; and chimney fires in country cottages are causing havoc for the fire service.

In this episode, Lockerbie paramedics blue-light to a rural village to treat a woman struggling to breathe. Traffic cops and paramedics work together after three cars collide on the motorway bridging England and Scotland, and the Royal Navy search and rescue helicopter crew negotiate 100-foot trees and a giant mast to get to an injured lumberjack in remote woodland.

Traffic cops sniff out drugs and an illegal driver during a motorway spotcheck on the border; it all kicks off on the slopes for the first aid trained ski patrollers in the Cairngorms; and rural paramedics respond to a 999 call when an elderly woman has a suspected stroke.

Country cops confiscate firearms after a serious allegation of threatening behaviour is made; the Royal Navy helicopter crew airlift a bomb disposal squad after an unexploded device is found on a remote island and placed next to a diesel truck; and a rural A&E department treat a man who has accidently shot himself in the arm with a BB gun
