A young man visits a bathhouse. A woman on the other side continually asks him for things, which he finds strange since no one else is in the bathhouse.
2. Tunnel
Two men are travelling and run out of gas in a tunnel.
3. Rat
A young couple moves into an apartment infested with rats and the young lady is bitten by one.
4. The Noisy Hospital Room
A man in a hospital notices strange noises coming from a hospital room.
5. Museum of Taxidermy
A young couple visits a taxidermy museum.
6. "That Side" Festival
Two girls attend a festival, but something strange happens.
7. Behind
At the Kuchiya Inn, during a school field trip, all of the students are asleep, except for three boys. One of them, Osamu, tells his friends he doesn't want to sleep because he's been having a nightmare recently.
8. The Empress Doll
Two teenage couple visit an abandoned house for a test of courage. They find a set of dolls where the Empress doll is missing.
9. The Fourth Man
Two high school students run into the handshake men.
10. Merry-go-round
A young couple are at a mall carnival and the young woman is offered a free ride on the carousel.
11. Cuckoo Clock
A young girl visits her grandmother and is obsessed with a cuckoo clock on the wall.
12. In the Water
A boy sneaks into a closed swimming pool.
13. Drawings
A teacher notices a boy drawing pictures of people who end up missing.
