Season 1
Overview
Tong Shap Yat was a devoted adherent of Muay Thai. To prove himself against the best, he fought in underground matches in Thailand, and accidentally kills an opponent. Jailed for manslaughter for years, Tong returns to Hong Kong a changed man. His wife had died from illness, leaving Tong a lone parent/sole provider for his son. A remorseful Tong attempts to wash his hands of Muay Thai and seeks to lead a peaceful life. Ko Wai Ting is Tong Shap Yat's friend and students in the same Muay Thai gym. Over the years, Ko has built a successful Muay Thai business, on the success of his own and his stable of fighters. With his stable depleted by injuries/defections, Ko attempts to convince Tong to return to the ring. The prize money will allow him to better provide for his son. Pat Ka Shing is saved by Ko Wai Ting from a beating. He joins Ko's gym to learn to protect himself. Pat is persuaded to fight in competitions, and Muay Thai giving him a purpose/direction in life that he had lacked.

Inside the warehouse of Tsuda Enterprise, everybody is busy preparing for the upcoming sports footwear launch party.
2. Episode 2
SHING is totally mesmerized by the fight between TING and YAT on the boxing stage.
3. Episode 3
LUNG and YAT have finally resolved their long-running misunderstanding and made up with each other.
4. Episode 4
Having witnessed how LIK has won the match, SHING gets inspired and is resolved to pursue his boxing dream.
5. Episode 5
SOMCHAI has finally found YAT and even challenged him to a duel.
6. Episode 6
The Office Operations Unit of Tsuda Enterprise has been dissolved, following which SHING is transferred to the Sales Department and becomes so stressed about the new working environment.
7. Episode 7
YAT needs SHING to apologize to TING.
8. Episode 8
Knowing that TING has intentionally misled him and caused his failure in the tournament, SHING is consumed with rage and asks the man for an explanation at once.
9. Episode 9
Upon returning from Thailand, YAT goes to see TING and asks him how he bribed CHATCHAI’s assistant years ago only for his own sake.
10. Episode 10
FAN bashes YAT for being too useless to be a father, and proposes taking GAT to Canada so that the boy will have a better upbringing.
11. Episode 11
Impressed and inspired by SHING’s passionate performance on the boxing stage, YAT finally decides to follow his heart and accepts the post of Boxing Trainer with the Dragon Boxing Gym.
12. Episode 12
In need of an outlet to express her affection for YAT, FAI finally decides to share her feelings in a phone-in radio show.
13. Episode 13
SANG is knocked down by a car and slips into a coma.
14. Episode 14
LUNG decides to bring SANG to an eminent medical specialist in Beijing for treatment, and is going to entrust the Dragon Boxing Gym to CHEUNG during his stay in China.

With LAM’s assistance, some significant new clues have emerged and the charge against LIK is finally dismissed.
16. Episode 16
YAT finally gives in to his feelings and admits his love for FAI.
17. Episode 17
It has been a year since CHEUNG left the Dragon Boxing Gym.
18. Episode 18
FAI forgets to pay for her shopping in the supermarket and almost gets caught on the spot.
19. Episode 19
Knowing that his daughter has been maltreated by WAH, FAI’s father, KAM-WING, tries to get FAI to divorce WAH, but to no avail.
20. Episode 20
At WING’s request, YAT tries to convince FAI to reveal the truth to the police, but FAI insists that it is she who has caused WAH’s death.
21. Episode 21
KAU needs SHING to choose between her and VICKY, but SHING is hesitant and even tries to intercede for the girl.
22. Episode 22
As the spokesperson for the Empire Boxing Gym, SHING has been exhausted with all sorts of promotion and public relations work.
23. Episode 23
After a few rounds of intense fighting, YAT finally manages to defeat SHING.
24. Episode 24
LUNG is devastated by the death of KAU while SHING, who is desperately guilt-ridden, can only keep the grief inside.
25. Episode 25
SHING returns to the Dragon Boxing Gym with injuries, following which LUNG suddenly has a change of heart and offers to entrust the boxing gym to SHING.
