Overview
Season 2 finds Daniel Holden committed to living in the present. Unfortunately, there are many places and faces in his hometown of Paulie, Georgia that remind Daniel of the past – his incarceration, Hanna, and his role in Hanna’s murder.

1. Running with the Bull
Daniel’s family fears he won’t recover from his injuries and his attackers will escape justice. Judy Dean shows Bobby some unexpected affection. Ted, Jr. hides a shameful secret from his wife. Sheriff Daggett investigates Daniel’s beating.
2. Sleeping Giants
Amantha dreads the worst as she prepares for Daniel to awaken from his induced coma. Teddy’s business plans are thwarted by his dad, and he gets some unwelcome news from Tawney. Jared learns more about his older brother and the late Hanna Dean.
3. Charlie Darwin
Still recovering from his injuries, Daniel makes a startling decision. Amantha is outraged by Daniel’s choice and hurt when Janet takes his side. Teddy asks Janet for help and ends up forced into an awkward situation with Tawney. Bobby Dean has an unexpected conversation with Sheriff Daggett. Jon Stern gains a valuable, but disturbing insight into a client's case and Daniel bends a few rules.
4. Donald the Normal
A recovered Daniel explores Atlanta and enjoys a taste of big-city anonymity, while Amantha starts packing up her apartment. Tawney grows frustrated with Ted, Jr.’s ever-shifting moods, forcing him to seek understanding from an unexpected quarter.
5. Act as If
Daniel meets Lezley, an unusual local entrepreneur who makes Daniel an unlikely offer. Amantha struggles to adapt to a challenging new environment. Ted Jr. bonds with Tawney, only to learn she’s made a surprising decision. Ted Sr.'s patience is tested as he copes with the aftermath of Daniel’s disastrous new project. Daniel explores a little-known side of Paulie while Amantha reconnects with Jon Stern.
6. Mazel Tov
Daniel heads out on a strange errand and mysteriously disappears. Meanwhile, the family surprises Janet with unexpected birthday presents.
7. Weird as You
Daniel continues to seek answers. Stern meets with the DA. Sen. Foulkes undertakes a disreputable task, and Amantha and a coworker bond.
8. The Great Destroyer
A reluctant Daniel seeks help, unsettling news leads to an intense debate at the Talbots and CJ Pickens bears some startling news.
9. Until You're Blue
Recent events frustrate Ted Jr., while Ted Sr. attempts to protect the family. Meanwhile, Daniel is faced with a tough decision, and Amantha tries to sort some things out and lets off some steam.
10. Unhinged
Daniel has a problem accepting Jon Stern's advice, while Tawney rethinks her options. Meanwhile, Ted, Jr. seeks a favor, and Amantha comes clean to Jon Stern.
