Karen shares her baby news with Alec and Vivian, and Vivian has news of her own. Meanwhile, April and Blair's romance hits a rough patch, which bonds April and Lucy, Daniel's tape poses a problem for Calista, and Joss gets more bad news from the police.

Joss considers taking the plea deal and what that would mean for a future with Harry; Karen helps Vivian keep her secret from Alec; Marc's sister surprises him and April.
13. Goodbye Girl
In the third-season finale, Joss is granted her freedom, but she may lose Harry because of his new job prospect. Meanwhile, Marc's absence causes April to come to a realization, Vivian's condition worsens, and Joss receives a puzzling present.
