Phil visits the the Central Coast, to help Ian and Julie Leigh begin their retirement down under. Oxfordshire couple Ian and Julie Leigh are moving down under to begin their retirement and to be nearer to their ex-pat children. They've already spent £40k on fast-tracking their visas, so the pressure is on for Phil to find them their new home.

Phil's on the Gold Coast to help Tony and Nicky Hale find a family home. Tony and Nicky Hale moved down under with their two children from Grimsby 12 months ago. Tony sold his communications business and decided it was time put his family before his work. Tony and Nicky have huge expectations for their one million dollar budget and Phil has to use all his insider knowledge and expertise to find them a home with enough wow factor. The Gold Coast is Australia's answer to Dubai, and Phil takes a guided tour of the high-rise apartments for sale.

Phil visits Sydney to help Alastair Hewson and David Luxton buy a city-centre pad. Sydney is Australia's most iconic and famous city, which, with its popular mix of relaxed beach lifestyle and busy cosmopolitan culture, is also one of the most expensive places to buy property in the world. Work colleagues Alastair Hewson and David Luxton are clubbing together to buy a place. Since being sponsored by their company to relocate six months ago, Alastair and David have been forking out nearly £2000 a month on rent, so they are in a rush to buy.

Phil catches up with Cam and Adam George, who have faced deadly bushfires and killer bugs in their back garden since moving down under. Cam and Adam emigrated from Basingstoke with their two daughters in the hope of getting a better quality of life. With Phil's expert help they found a perfect home in the bush. But two years into the dream Phil goes back to discover that it's been no bed of roses. It's also been tough on their relationship. So are they staying put or considering coming home
