The Noose
Season 4
Overview
In 2007, a little known local news network, operating from the back lanes of Caldecott Hill, came into national notoriety and prominence with the telecast of the first season of The Noose. From an initial seven viewers, which included five censors, The Noose grew from strength to strength. During the run of its third season in 2010, The Noose was the highest rated local English language show on Channel 5. Not too shabby. The Noose returns triumphantly to Channel 5 on 8th March 2011 at 8:30pm for 13 episodes. Not content with swimming in just a local pond, the fourth season of The Noose will now go international in keeping with the best practices of international news networks. The new season will see the addition of international correspondents who will embed themselves in hot spots around the world to bring a global perspective to Noose coverage.
