Pit Bulls and Parolees

On the streets of New Orleans, the VRC crew is on a mission to catch a runaway dog. A Californian family wants a new furry family member, a paralyzed pup named Polly takes a trip to the vet, and Mariah pitches a fundraising idea to the parolees.

VRC is at its limit when the amount of rescues and drop-offs rise. Lizzy and Toney travel to a remote part of the city to save a trio of orphaned dogs in a dire state, veteran tenant Lil Rocky faces a cancer scare, and a litter of puppies are welcomed.

Now a mother of two, Lizzy leans on Tia to help find a work-life balance; a California couple hopes to adopt a dog that will be comfortable in the pool; Mariah's mission to save an injured dog leads her to something completely unexpected.

At a Mississippi shelter, Tia gives a hybrid wolf-dog a second chance. At the vet, Lizzy is forced to make a tough call for a new VRC resident and later helps a pair of hearing impaired canines. Then, a California man visits to find a fur-friend.

Tia's plans to handle the flooding at the Clairborne Warehouse change when a hurricane heads towards the City of New Orleans. M2 and Kenani rush to prepare for baby number two, and Tia and Tania's Texas rescue mission takes a sudden turn.

Facing new challenges, the VRC crew gets creative: Tia leads a virtual meet-and-greet with a lovable hound, Mariah helps the parolees channel their talents for a fundraiser, and a lucky pit bull learns a new skill for life with an outdoorsy couple.
