One day, she is invited as a panelist to a domestic violence victim seminar held by a women's group where charismatic businessman Yoko Mogami (Misuzu Kanno) serves as a director, and there she meets a woman. The pretty woman, who calls herself Natsune Minamoto (Kana Kita), works as a manicurist at the salon run by Yoko, and her husband and Yoko's son Jun (Motoki Ochiai) were classmates in high school, so she and her husband are living in a detached room in Yoko's house. Furthermore, even though she hints at the fact that her husband is abusing her out of love, she smiles meaningfully and leaves the scene.

Toya is suspected of being the "murderer" in the mysterious death of Ayame's mentor, university professor Okutaro Nada (Shiro Sano). Nada's wife Yoko Mogami (Misuzu Kanno) testifies that she saw Toya leaving the scene last night when the incident occurred.

On the night of Nada Okutaro's (Sano Shiro) funeral, Hanajin Ayame (Asou Kumiko) is unable to contain her passion and crosses the forbidden line with Minamoto Toya (Shiono Akihisa).
