A side story to the original 'Round Vernian Vifam' taking place between episode 22 and 26.
Takeyuki Kanda, director of the original series, passed away during the planning stages of 'Vifam 13'. Toshifumi Kawase was selected to carry on his work, and the series was produced and broadcasted in his memory.
