Prosecution: Confessions of indecency at football matches and mistreatment of religious groups are all piling up against Jasper in this episode.

Prosecution: The last day, and things are looking very grim with confessions of impersonating a police officer and other illegal acts, finishing with a reminder of his VERY criminal record.

Defence: Acts of charity and aid seem to work in Mr Carrott's favour, and he finalizes Day 4 by recalling his devoted work towards saving the world from Armageddon.

Defence: Playing for pity, Jasper recalls his long years of suffering as a comedian, and remembers his shock at realizing that he is, in fact, dying...
