Season 2
Overview
Unknown assailants attacked the exhibition of beastly art. Many unique exhibits were stolen, and the most valuable one — a fly in amber — was scratched by criminal claws. The badgers of the police take on the investigation, but Badgercat can’t stay focused on the case — the charming cat Marquise from the Huntington Farm interests him far more than any kind of art.
Episodes
1. Episode 1
An exhibition of beastly art opens in the Far Woods. Chief Badger and Badgercat guard the most valuable exhibit — a fly in amber.
2. Episode 2
The detectives must find out who left claw marks on the amber. Badgercat secretly releases Marquise, the cat he’s in love with, from the hall.
3. Episode 3
Marquise disappears from the club where the beauty contest was taking place. The partners are forced to work with the dogs Count and Polkan from the Huntington Farm.
4. Episode 4
Chief Badger notices a connection between two crimes. Badgercat plans to talk to the cats who were at the contest.
5. Episode 5
The cats agree to help Badgercat with the investigation in exchange for a favor. A pack of dogs brings the businessman Arctic Fox to the police.
6. Episode 6
The organization “Claws of Rage” claims responsibility for the kidnappings. The police identify a suspect — the Naked Mole Rat.
7. Episode 7
Chief Badger interrogates She-Wolf, who escaped from prison to take part in a contest. Badgercat learns that Arctic Fox is free.
8. Episode 8
Police expert Griff determines who the fur from the crime scene belongs to. Doctor Rook brings a mysterious letter to the station.
9. Episode 9
The kidnappers demand a ransom for Marquise, and Badgercat is ready to give in to their terms. The detectives prepare to bust the gang, but a surprise awaits them.
10. Episode 10
Badgercat breaks the law to gather a million pinecones. The kidnapper orders the cats to get rid of the detective after the money is handed over.
11. Episode 11
Magpie must deliver a message from Chief Badger to Badgercat, but she gets distracted by the owls. A capture team is moving toward the cats’ lair.
12. Episode 12
The dogs want to deliver Marquise to her owner, Nina Palna. Chief Badger tries to comfort Badgercat, but their difficult conversation is interrupted by Magpie.
