Ties of Kinship

After an argument with his wife Laila; Hossam recalls his relationship with his old friend Jihan, and when he tries to save Laila, who suffers severe bleeding during her pregnancy, they are involved in a serious accident before reaching the hospital.

Laila loses her fetus and her uterus is removed. Then the disputes between her brother Ziad and Hossam escalate, and Hanan stands with Noura in her distress, while Hossam is exposed to fraud while searching for a surrogate mother to carry their child.

Hossam rescues Noura in the hospital, Ziad tries to get closer to Jihan, Laila suffers from PTSD, and Hossam puts aside his differences with Khaled in order to help him rent a womb.

Shaker tarnishes Hanan's reputation in the region, then Mervat protects her, while Faraj's hopes of reaching her are renewed. Hossam also begins his first steps to have a child with Laila and is forced to cooperate with his enemies to do so.
