Masters of Dance

Host Joey Lawrence gives the competitors the lowdown and describes how they may walk away with $50,000 and the title Master of Dance. The dancers must transition from kicking their heels from rap to rock at the turn on the spot.

Five new contestants hope to move on to the Tournament of Champions by doing the waltz, shimmy and breakdance.

Three judges will pick a winner of five contestants who will compete by dancing the Strut, with the winner receiving $50,000.

Five contestants compete in dancing the hustle or strut, party train, or pony for a chance to move on to the finals.

The competitors are challenged to dance to music from past eras and genres.

The finalists compete for the championship and the $50,000 grand prize.
