Venus in the Sky

Venus quits his job at an interior design company, which he ran with his best friend Ton, and returns to his hometown, burnt out from work. Back home, he discovers that his brother Janus now has a boyfriend. While helping out at the convenience store Janus runs, Venus unexpectedly reunites with Sky, a friend from her university days, during a delivery.

Struggling to repair his relationship with Venus, Sky seeks advice from his friend Klar. Following his suggestion, he invites Venus out for dinner. Their conversation feels like a throwback to their university days, but Venus is left conflicted by how little Sky seems to have changed.

Sky finally secures a movie date with Venus but gets so scared by the horror film that he ends up injuring Venus while trying to stay over at his place. Guilt over this accident and past regrets begin to haunt him. Meanwhile, Bomb begins to wonder if Venus dislikes him and decides to ask directly.

Venus starts working as a freelance interior designer, and Janus introduces him to a new client—only to discover it’s Sky. Shocked, Venus refuses the job, but Janus convinces her otherwise. Meanwhile, Ton grows increasingly lonely due to Klar’s constant work commitments.

Sky offers to drive Venus around for deliveries, but nearly collapses from fatigue. His concern for his despite his own condition begins to soften Venus’s heart. Meanwhile, the tension between Ton and Klar grows, and trouble brews between Janus and Bomb.

Sky continues to pursue Venus despite his cold demeanor. Ton finally explodes over his frustrations with Klar and drags Venus into a night of drinking. Drunk and emotional, Venus shows Sky a new, unexpected side of himself.

Venus and Sky plan a café outing, but Sky’s carefree attitude starts to wear on Venus again. Regretting his behavior, Sky sincerely apologizes and confesses his feelings anew. Venus quietly acknowledges him—but that night, Sky reveals a shocking truth.

Sky sees Venus and Bomb together and mistakenly assumes the worst. Feeling betrayed, he distances himself. Venus, anxious over his silence, decides to take action. Meanwhile, Bomb suspects Janus is hiding something, reigniting tensions between them.

Having finally cleared up their misunderstandings, Sky brings Venus to meet his parents. Venus is overjoyed by the reunion. However, a major argument erupts between Bomb and Janus, who refuses to rely on him, dragging Venus into the conflict.

Sky proudly brags about his relationship with Venus, but no one believes him. Venus, who hasn’t yet told anyone about their relationship, begins to worry that Sky might be disappointed in him. Unbeknownst to Venus, Sky is planning a surprise…
