Overview
In the turbulent Chu dynasty, the Empress's son, Shen Ye, rebels to avenge his father and claim the throne for his beloved, Crown Prince Shu Cheng. However, Shu Cheng’s opposition to bloodshed forces Shen Ye to abandon his plans, leaving Chu vulnerable to invasion and rumors of Shu Cheng's death on the battlefield. Years later, Shen Ye, now a ruthless regent obsessed with finding Shu Cheng, is drawn out of hiding by a princess who resembles his lost love. Their reunion, along with the return of past friends, rekindles love, loyalty, and the inescapable pull of fate.

1. Episode 1
Eight years ago, Shen Ye and Shu Cheng were drawn into a devastating inter-kingdom conflict, shattering their plans for a peaceful life. Now a regent under the alias Wang Shu, Shen Ye encounters Mo Hui, a princess whose face is identical to Shu Cheng’s, reigniting questions about his past and his relentless search for answers.
2. Episode 2
Mo Hui has a strange dream of a woman who looks just like her, but before she can understand, she is jolted awake. Soon after, she is called to a competition at Tinglan Academy, unknowingly stepping into a carefully laid plan. Despite unexpected challenges, Mo Hui navigates the trials, facing unusual obstacles and unexpected outcomes.
3. Episode 3
Mo Hui returns to the border of Mo Kingdom and reunites with her sister Mo Ru. Their meeting is interrupted by Wang Shu, who proposes a deal: if he helps Mo Kingdom repel Chu’s army, he will seek the emperor’s approval for marriage.
4. Episode 4
Mo Hui, in a bid to prevent further conflict, follows Wang Shu’s unexpected plan to halt the enemy’s advance. Together, they head to the capital, where Mo Hui is tasked with uncovering a dangerous political plot.
5. Episode 5
Mo Hui's encounter with Prince Siwan from Nanjing Country stirs up past memories. At the same time, Lan Xing, the general of Nanjing, is caught in a difficult position, trying to protect both Siwan and his brother Shen Ye, while also guarding Murong Wanqing, leaving him struggling to balance his duties.
6. Episode 6
Mo Hui finds herself caught in a tense situation when Siwan and Wang Shu both seem intent on forcing her into a marriage. As the group gathers, playful tensions rise, with everyone contributing to the chaos. Meanwhile, the Emperor of Mo has plans for Mo Hui's future, setting the stage for unexpected developments.
7. Episode 7
On the day of her wedding, Mo Hui faces unexpected turmoil when Wang Shu is ambushed. As long-hidden plots unfold, Mo Hui learns that those around her have darker intentions, leading to a fierce battle for power and survival.
