Through 10 weekly episodes, Food Empire burrows far and wide to bring audiences more stories behind classic dishes and national favourites. Besides celebrating pioneer chefs, Food Empire Season 2 uncovers the evolving story behind the next generation of hawkers, chefs and food entrepreneurs keeping the fire strong in the many kitchens of our island. New favourites are making their way to the hearts and bellies of epicurean Singaporeans as successors of family eateries continue to innovate and surprise our fussy palates.
