Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof
Season 1
Episodes

1. Episode 1
Holly Willoughby and Lee Mack follow eight celebrities as they give up their warm cosy lives to live in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions. There they face a series of daunting cold challenges designed to push their minds and bodies to the limit. Their guide is the record-breaking extreme athlete Wim Hof - aka the Iceman - who believes that embracing the cold can change lives for the better. The celebrities - Patrice Evra, Gabby Logan, Alfie Boe, Tamzin Outhwaite, Owain Wyn Evans, Dianne Buswell, Professor Green and Chelcee Grimes - are all taking part for different personal reasons and are hoping they will emerge from the experience feeling happier, healthier and stronger. Can the cold change their lives forever, or will the freezing conditions become too much to bear?

2. Episode 2
This week, the celebrities learn Wim’s famous breathing technique, which proves to be an emotional experience for the group.

3. Episode 3
The celebrities are introduced to a surprise visitor that's close to Wim's heart, and they face a powerful man-made blizzard in nothing but their swimwear.

4. Episode 4
After being made to sweat in Wim's gym, the celebrities take on their coldest experience to date, the Ice Ladder.

5. Episode 5
The celebrities must hold their nerve as they attempt to complete yoga stances on a tiny beam, which is suspended hundreds of feet above a frozen waterfall. They then attempt their scariest challenge so far - swimming underneath a frozen lake.

6. Episode 6
In the finale of the first series, the celebrities try to freeze their fear and complete the ultimate challenge of jumping from a 500ft high bridge.
