Everyone is excited by the balloon festival near Harefield but an accident puts the twins and their mum in danger.

The heliwash gets damaged when heavy pipes are accidentally dropped on it, all the while Mrs Kitchen is baking a cake for Ken.

During bad weather Wally recounts the time he saved a man from a shark.
10. Bad News, Good News
Budgie must act when it is discovered that the airfield is going to be closed to make room for a factory.
11. Budgie Barges In
All of the aircraft travel to France.
12. Dutch Courage
The crew travel to Holland on their return journey from France in order to drop off a delivery but a problem occurs for Budgie when he mistakes a windmill for a helicopter.
13. Budgie's Opening Goal
As the new airport is unveiled, Budgie must come to the aid of the Minister for Airports.
