Season 1
Overview
There were two girls who were born in October. They had same birthday and were raised in the same village and in the same class. One led a happy life with loving parents and a brother. Her name was Yoon Eun Seo. However, the other was raised by a single parent and was living in poverty. Her name was Choi Sin Ae. One day Eun Seo has a car accident and by a blood test it is found that Eun Seo and Sin Ae were swapped at birth. Girls were returned to their original places. Eun Seo's brother Yoon Jun Seo is especially confused and saddened by this. Some years later, Choi Eun Seo and Yoon Sin Ae bump into each other at hotel. Eun Seo is a poor worker and Sin Ae is a hotel manager. Meanwhile, Jun Seo has become an artist and has a fiancée. One day he's introduced to his friend's girlfriend, and she was his long-lost sister, Eun Seo. Now all the relationships start to twist around and Eun Seo and Jun Seo's sad love begins.

Jun Seo returns to his hometown and looks for Eun Seo. Eun Seo has an unwanted encounter with Tae Seok.

Tae Seok is upset with Eun Seo going on a blind date for money and takes her to the beach where Jun Seo comes.

Jun Seo feels sorry for Eun Seo growing up in harsh circumstances. Tae Seok's confession bothers him.

Yu Mi notices that the feelings between Eun Seo and Jun Seo are more than brother and sister.
7. Episode 7
Jun Seo and Eun Seo decide to stay as brother and sister, but Tae Seok sees her crying in Jun Seo's arms.
8. Episode 8
Jun Seo and Eun Seo go on a trip for just two of them, and Sin Ae exposes their relationship to their parents.
9. Episode 9
Jun Seo announces to his family that he will marry Eun Seo, but everyone is against his decision.

Jun Seo feels guilty for Yu Mi's breakdown and changes his mind to stay with her, leaving Eun Seo.
11. Episode 11
Eun Seo lies to Jun Seo that she sees Tae Seok again. Tae Seok knows about it and pretends to be a couple.
12. Episode 12
Eun Seo learns she has leukemia and Tae-Seok begs her asking for a chance to cure her disease.
13. Episode 13
Jun Seo finds out Eun Seo has leukemia, and Eun Seo heads to the hospital with Tae Seok for her treatment.
14. Episode 14
Eun Seo tells Jun Seo to love each other forever, only in their hearts. Soon after she goes into a coma.
15. Episode 15
Eun Seo regains consciousness when Jun Seo comes, and they decide to spend the rest of their time.
16. Episode 16
Yu Mi decides to study abroad, and Tae Seok leaves Jun Seo and Eun Seo together. Eun Seo dies on Jun Seo.
