Our Family

Today we join sisters Eden and Ava as they become superheroes! First they create their characters ‘Nature Bunny Girl’ and ‘H-Winter Girl’ – not forgetting new personas for Mum and Dad too! After boosting their superpowers with a super-healthy smoothie, the family of heroes head to the park to try out their skills! It’s not long before they have their first mission: to rescue a toy that’s become lost in the woods. But will the heroes find the toy and save the day?

Eden and Ava enjoy a family training session led by Dad who has lots of exercises for them! Can they complete 20 jumping jacks and who will win the relay race? Later, there’s a different kind of training as Eden and Ava meet up with their Uncle Leonard and his puppy Sky! Uncle Leonard shows them how to train a young dog. But will Sky listen to Eden’s commands?... Sit!

Freddie and Mum paint colourful dinosaur eggs and organise a tricky treasure hunt for brother George. Will George use his dino knowledge to find all of the hidden eggs and dinosaurs? Later, the boys pretend to be pirates and go in search of another type of treasure. Aboard their pirate ships, they race across a vast boating lake. But who will make it back to shore first? And will they find the pirates' gold coins?

It’s Elba’s birthday and sister Iona is planning a very special tea party for her. Iona and Elba decorate the bedroom ready for the big party, and there are lots of balloons and games to enjoy. But Iona and Mum have a secret planned, and Elba is surprised when a robot arrives at the door with her favourite chocolate cake!

Iona and Elba make bird feeders as a present for their Nanny Pip and Gramps, who they are visiting. They place the feeders around the garden and wait patiently for birds to arrive, hoping they’ll discover the tasty treats. Back home, the sisters dress up their teddy as an astronaut and turn Mum and Dad into space aliens! Then it’s ‘blast off’ as they go on a make-believe mission into outer space to rescue teddy’s lost rocket ship. But will they find it? And are those aliens friendly?

Amanpreet and Mum make delicious pakora together for a special family meal to celebrate Vaisakhi. They set the table and exchange beautiful Vaisakhi cards with Dad, but what will everyone think of Amanpreet’s fabulous feast? Later, Amanpreet and Mum get crafty and paint portraits of each other. Mum’s a bit nervous, but artist Amanpreet encourages her to show her creative side.

Ted and his family head to the harbour and have fun trying to catch crabs. Will the crustacean critters be tempted by the bacon bait? Back home, Ted helps Dad clean Mum’s car, and then they make delicious spaghetti and meatballs for the whole family.

Ted and his family head to the beach, and Ted tries his hand at making a sandcastle. When it doesn’t go quite to plan, Dad shows him some top tips. After some fun flying a kite, the family enjoy a game of catch. And what trip to the beach is complete without an ice cream?

Kyra and Khloe plan a visit to Nana and make chocolate crispy cakes to surprise her with. Visiting Nana is a special occasion, so Mum draws pretty patterns on Kyra and Khloe’s hands using henna. At Nana’s they have a delicious picnic in the garden and then rescue a worm! But will Nana enjoy the cakes? And will the worm be alright?

Today, sisters Kyra and Khloe visit a bird centre and meet some friendly owls. With Dad’s help they fly an owl and get it to land on a special protective glove they are holding. Back home, the bird fun continues as the girls make bird masks out of paper plates. But will Mum recognise the two feathered friends flying around the living room?

Eden and Ava love pretending and make-believe. In this episode, they enjoy a pretend picnic in their bedroom and invent amazing recipes like strawberry stew and vegetable cake! They’re so yummy that Mum gets the hiccups. Later, Eden and Ava build a den for the whole family to hide in. They imagine they’re camping in the woods and look out at the stars. But will they be safe from the noisy tiger in the forest? Roar!

Eden and Ava make their very own necklaces using colourful beads. Eden kindly makes one for her best friend and gives it to her as a surprise. Later, the sisters go rollerskating in the park. It’s Ava’s first time skating on her own, but luckily Eden has lots of good tips for her. Will Ava be able to keep up with her big sister and become a super skater?

Ted wants to camp out in the garden, and with sister Sofia’s help he puts up a tent for them both to sleep in. Dad’s in charge of the barbecue and cooks up a yummy camping feast of hot dogs and toasted marshmallows. Before they settle down for a night in the great outdoors, Ted and his family talk about some of the nocturnal animals they may hear during the night.

Audrey and her family visit a farm. They meet some of the animals up close, and Audrey feeds the guinea pigs with a carrot treat before enjoying cuddles with a baby goat. Then it’s off for a tractor ride, where Audrey meets a horse with a moustache!

Audrey is very good at sports! In this episode, she has a table tennis lesson with her coaches Tim and Harry. First, she practices some bat and ball skills before enjoying a rally against Harry (who is an actual table tennis champion!) Later, the whole family get sporty and have some fun playing mini-golf, and Audrey puts Mum through her paces with a very bendy yoga lesson.

Iona and Elba create a pretend ice cream shop and make Mum a heart-shaped ice cream cake. Then it’s time for some real ice cream with plenty of sprinkles for decoration. On a family walk in the woods, Iona and Elba discover a trail of fairy clues to follow. They find fairy treats and magic wands, but will the spells they cast work on Mum and Dad?

Kyra and Khloe have some garden fun planned. First, they visit a garden centre to buy some new plants, before heading back home to plant them. It’s hard work, but Kyra is sure her flowers will grow to be nice and big. With the garden in full bloom, the sisters open their own garden juice bar and get busy squeezing fresh fruit juice. But what will Mum and Dad think of their tangy creation?

Ted and his family go on a walk through the woods, and everyone joins in a big bug hunt! When they come across a bridge over a stream, they decide to have an epic game of pooh sticks. But who will win, and is that a troll hiding under the bridge?

Ted and his family visit a wildlife park, and Ted gets to be an animal keeper for the day. First, he feeds the hungry deer. They’re very friendly. Next, it’s onto the bison, who show Ted their giant tongues! Finally, Ted comes face to face with a very noisy and very hungry otter. Luckily, Ted speaks otter too!

Henry and his little sister Sophie make crowns and become King Henry and Queen Sophie. Along with their noble knights (Mummy and Mama!), they head to the local park on a royal quest to rescue their toy turtle Pebbles, who is trapped in a castle! Back home, the royals relax with a rainbow waterfall and water squirters. It’s not long before Henry and the whole family are soaking wet!
