1. Group A Quarter Finals
Sixteen of the nation's best strongmen bid to win the title, kicking off with the Group A Quarter Finals. Reigning Champion Paul Smith faces stiff competition from seven other strongmen.
2. Group B Quarter Finals
Today's Quarter Final action sees the strongmen of Group B take on three challenges. All eyes will be on Scotland's Louis Jack, who came so close in 2022 to winning the title.
3. Group A Semi Finals
It's the Group A Semi Finals as six men fight for a place in the Final. Challenges include the Arm Over Arm Truck Pull and the Human Wheelbarrow. Which four competitors will make it?
4. Group B Semi Finals

5. The Final
