Overview

The murder of ten-year-old Engla Höglund shocked and disgusted the Swedish people. The outrage did not diminish when it eventually emerged that the murder, with sharper police work, could have been avoided. The criminal archive's André Pops and Lasse Lampers go thorough and initiated through the "murder of Engla". We also get to meet Engla's mother, Carina, in a new interview conducted after she met her daughter's murderer again in the district court, in connection with his application for a fixed-term sentence.
