Season 1
Overview
The crime journalist Lasse Lampers shows both well-known and never-before-seen clips and talks about the images with the presenter André Pops. In this first season, the theme is German terrorism and we are thrown back to the dramatic events when the West German embassy was occupied in April 1975. Two years later, a group planned to kidnap Prime Minister Anna-Greta Leijon. Did the terrorists really think they would succeed in their attacks? And how did the TV journalists work during the events?
Episodes

1. Occupation
April 24, 1975, at lunchtime: Terrorists attack the embassy and take hostages. What happens from the time the alarm goes off until the first television images are recorded?

2. Escalation
The first hostage is suddenly executed. The drama and fear increase. What do the terrorists want? Do they have help inside Stockholm?

3. Standstill
The day turns to evening. Through police footage, we get a unique insight into the negotiations between the terrorists and the Swedish government.

4. Get It On The Air!
Just before midnight, a bomb detonates inside the embassy. This is when reporter Bo Holmstrøm's famous "Get it on the air!" comes into being.

5. Inferno
Fire and chaos. The terrorists are observed in many places – including in Oxenstiernsgatan, where one is said to have shot around. But which rumors are true?

6. Baader-Meinhof in Sweden
What was the background to the embassy drama? During the planning, KRUM was used for reconnaissance. Soon members of the Baader-Meinhof network also appeared.

7. Operation Leo
April 1, 1977: The Security Police uncover a terrorist league with plans to kidnap Minister Anna-Greta Leijon.

8. The Kröcher Band
Who was behind the attempted kidnapping of Anna-Greta Leijon? Was the leader, Norbert Kröcher, a dreamer – or was he serious?
