Jamil and Pace hunt for a fix and flip in two very different neighborhoods with one thing in common: road noise; they're hoping Rahima's over-the-top outdoor oasis will distract the buyers from the unpleasant sounds.
3. Tiny 20th St. vs. Deeply Dated
Jamil and the team look at two radically different homes before settling on the house that's in a hot Phoenix neighborhood; when Rahima shocks Jamil with a big renovation budget, he becomes concerned their profit might not hit their six-figure goal.
4. Lemon vs. Lemonade
Jamil mistakenly buys a challenging house to flip, leading the team into a steep uphill battle to make their usual profit; exploring whether the flip will be fruitful or whether Jamil will be left feeling sour about his mistake.
5. World Famous vs Worlds Worst
For Jamil and his team it’s time to choose between two houses that couldn’t be more different.
6. Puny vs Putrid vs Plain
The team has three drastically different flipping opportunities: the first is a starter home in need of an addition, the second is a home that will require major hazmat duty, and the third is an old suburban house desperately in need of a facelift.

Jamil and Pace scope out two properties in different parts of Phoenix; the first is in an area where buyers crave space, but most of the house is a crazy labyrinth of additions; the second selection is an outdated time warp of a home.
8. Redbrick Retro vs Red Tape Reno
A townhome in a working-class neighbourhood is locked, leaving Jamil and Pace to ask what the owner could be hiding; another selection is a redbrick house that was abandoned by a previous flipper; a choice leads to a costly flip of epic proportions.
9. Murder Mystery vs Bleep Box
A house in the hills has always been a dream of Jamil’s, so taking on a project in a great Phoenix neighbourhood with spectacular views is enticing, but there’s a possibility of a pricey renovation and a mysterious house history.
10. Fire vs Water
Jamil and the team look at two potential fixes and flips and both have major issues: the first home is a single-family house that has caught fire twice, and the other home has all sorts of issues, including major water damage, throughout the home.
