Overview
Matt Baker and his wife and kids move back to the organic sheep farm where he grew up in the Durham hills to help secure its future
Episodes
1. Episode 1
Matt faces up to some of the vital changes that need to be made in order to secure the future of the farm. First on the to-do list is a much-needed renovation of the miniature donkey stables.
2. Episode 2
Matt calls in a family friend to help build a brand-new road around the farm, and Matt and Nicola head to Snowdonia to collect 10 specially selected ewes
3. Episode 3
The Baker family's efforts begin to pay off, as the farm and its inhabitants are given a new lease of life. And Matt reveals his plans to increase biodiversity in the woodland by planting an orchard.
4. Episode 4
The Bakers get clearing, sweeping and painting for the very last farm makeover and Matt prepares for lambing season, as the family look ahead to exciting things to come
