Hero City Kids Force

Three superheroes--Darna, Captain Barbell, and Lastikman--are appointed to protect Hero City against the impending attack of an evil scientist, Dr. Sternberg.

They say dogs are man's best friend, but owning a pet comes with great responsibility. Lastikman learns this valuable lesson when Dr. Sternberg traps all the dogs in Hero City.

A bossy Darna brings tension to the team as the hero trio vie for best house design in the Hero Festival. With an attack from Dr. Sternberg further complicating things, the kiddie heroes have to resolve their differences to protect the city.
