Alarm for Cobra 11: The Motorway Police

Semir Gerkhan and his new partner André Fux are called to a car accident in which the Wassmer couple involved are conspicuously nervous. When Semir drives Mrs. Wassmer to the freeway service station, an abandoned baby is found there.

A so-called “shotgun cruiser” is up to mischief on the highway. Other vehicles have already been shot at three times from a moving car. In another incident, estate agent Steininger is fatally injured.

Several attempts are made on the life of entrepreneur and amateur pilot Bernhard Fisch. During their investigations, André and Semir come across the mechanic Charly, who works at the airfield where Fisch has his plane parked.

André and Semir suspect that an assassination attempt is being planned on an African guest of state while they are driving along the highway. They inform his security advisor, who changes the route. However, the journey turns out differently than planned.

Truck driver Ulli Richter is suspected of strangling young Andrea de Sand. However, he vehemently denies the crime. When Stefanie de Sand finds her sister's diary and begins to read it, she discovers who the murderer is.
