Craig kicks things off in Orbost, in a remarkable brewery run by a young couple who make revolutionary beer by linking up with local farmers and foragers, under the wise guidance of Indigenous writer and teacher Bruce Pascoe.

Halina starts out in Bowraville, near Coffs Harbour where she discovers a mobile plastic recycling station which transforms plastic waste into multiple resources, creating opportunity for the local Aboriginal Corporation.

Halina goes to Kangaroo Island to meet the owner of a wildlife sanctuary who rebounded from the 2020 bushfires, Kristy meets some footy legends in the Clare Valley and Craig is in the Barossa Valley, on a sheep farm.
