Overview
Heavily pregnant Chief Inspector Alex Enders disappears without a trace, and reappears weeks later without her child or memory of what happened to her.

Heavily pregnant Alex and her partner Leif are preparing for a new life as parents when Alex is suddenly kidnapped. Six days later, she regains consciousness, but the baby is gone and Alex has no memory of the birth.
2. Episode 2
After the murder of the Romanian Irina, the evidence points to a pimp. The case seems to have a quick conclusion, but Alex finds it hard to let go of the investigation.
3. Episode 3
Alex is certain that someone is trying to sabotage the investigation; Alex hears about Anna Winter, who has also lost her daughter and has never given up the search.
4. Episode 4
A man is found murdered in a remote industrial area. Alex is summoned and suddenly finds a clue with a link to her own kidnapping.
5. Episode 5
Alex discovers a connection between the dead Krusowitz and her own ex-boyfriend Jakob, but when she tells Nowak about it, he suspends Alex.
6. Episode 6
Alex is on the run from her colleagues and haunted by her own fears and self-blame. The search for the truth soon makes her doubt everything, including herself.
