Join Justine as she explores Macao, a region steeped in Chinese and Portuguese heritage. Justine visits a local market and prepares a dish that showcases the Chinese and Portuguese fusion that Macanese cuisine is renowned for.
2. Episode 2
Justine visits one of the oldest Chinese Tea Houses in Macao and later is joined by one of Macao's most distinguished Portuguese chefs, Antonio Coelho, to prepare one of his most popular dishes.
