Overview
Bloodline Detectives focuses on familial DNA investigation, a search technique which uses genetic material from relatives to track down a suspect to solve violent crimes. Each episode shows detectives from all over the world solving cold cases by using the DNA of family members and how that additional DNA information is revolutionising genetic profiling to solve criminal cases.

1. Date Night Murder in Michigan
Niles, Michigan 1987, Terry Wood comes home to find his wife Roxanne lying dead in a pool of blood.
2. The Greeley Rapist
2001, Greeley, Colorado, a 7-year-old girl is walking to school with her 8-year-old brother when an unknown assailant snatches her off the street and bundles her into his car.
3. Carla's Last Valentines
Fort Worth Texas 1974. 17-year old Carla Walker is kissing her boyfriend Rodney in his car when suddenly the door is ripped open by an unknown assailant.
4. Last Seen At Dairy Queen
High school student Kim Bryant is last seen outside a Dairy Queen restaurant. Three weeks later, her body is discovered by three teenage boys hiking on the outskirts of town.
5. The Coat Hanger Killer
On the morning of September 4th, 1981, mom of two, Linda Slaten was found murdered in her bedroom in her Lakeland Florida apartment.
6. The Mystery of the Headphones
December 30th 1983. 22-year-old Diana Hanson fails to return home from jogging in Las Vegas.
7. Christmas Tree Lady
In 1996, the body of a woman in her 60s is found in a cemetery in Annandale, Virginia (US), surrounded by empty alcohol and pill bottles, with a plastic bag fastened over her head.
8. Little Miss Nobody
The body of a little girl is found in the Arizona desert. Detectives are unable to identify her so the local community lays her to rest with the name “Little Miss Nobody”.
9. The Slaying of Sylvia Quayle
Arapahoe County, Colorado, 1983. The body of Sylvia Quayle is discovered by her distraught father in her Cherry Hills home.
10. Valentine's Day Murder
Florida Keys, 1991. A young woman is last seen alive hitchhiking on Valentine’s Day. The next day her body is discovered along a deserted road
11. The Mystery of the Parks
Tacoma, Washington State, 1986. 12-year-old Michella Welch goes missing in Puget Park.
12. Murder by the Base
Sanford, Florida, 1984. The bruised and bloodied body of 25-year-old naval recruit Pamela Cahanes is found in an abandoned lot near the Naval Training Center.
13. The Murder of Mary Scott
San Diego 1969. 23-year-old Mary Scott is visited by a friend when she fails to show up for work.
14. The Schoolbag in the Road
Las Vegas, Nevada, June 1 1989. Stephanie Isaacson sets off on her morning walk to school; she never makes it.
15. Her Last New Years Eve
Pensacola, Florida, New Year’s Day 1985. The body of Tonya McKinley is found lying on the side of a city street.
16. Dancing with Death
Colorado Springs, Colorado, St. Patrick’s Day 1987. The naked body of Darlene Krashoc is discovered by two patrol officers at 5.20am behind a restaurant.
17. The McLeary Rapist
A 17-year old girl arrives home in McCleary Washington and honks her car-horn. Her dad finds her distraught with duct tape around her mouth and her feet zip tied together.
18. Delta Dawn Doe
December 5 1982. Deputies from Jackson County Sheriff’s Department discover the body of a female toddler along the Escatawpa River in Mississippi.
19. The Mint Box Murder
March 6 1959. 9-year-old Candy Rogers leaves home to sell girl scout mints in Spokane Washington, she never returns.
20. The Telephone Cord Killer
October 9 1980, Santee, San Diego. The neighbours of 20 year old college student Michelle Wyatt hear screams coming from her condo but fail to investigate.
