Pavell

Pavell (Pavel Nikolov) is one of the leading voices shaping modern Bulgarian pop and hip-hop. He first broke through in 2012 as part of the duo Pavell & Venci Venc’, teaming up with Venci Venc’ to create a sound that mixed hip-hop, pop, and R&B in a way nobody else was doing at the time.

The duo quickly found their audience with tracks like “SeTaaBrat,” “Mojito,” “Dope,” “Bubba,” and “Na men mi pisna.” Their debut album SeTaaBrat hit #1 on iTunes Bulgaria and played a big part in defining the sound of a new generation of Bulgarian artists. With more than 20 chart-topping singles and over 100 million streams, Pavell & Venci Venc’ built one of the most solid careers on the scene.

Besides his work as a performer, Pavell is also behind the scenes writing songs for some of Bulgaria’s top artists—DARA, Krisko, Santra, Mihaela Marinova, and more. His work has earned him multiple awards, including three-time winners of BG Duo of the Year and Group of the Year at the 356 Hip-Hop Awards.

In 2023, Pavell kicked off his solo career. His first single, “3 Pone,” made an instant impact, followed by “Cherna Karta,” “13,” and “Drazki”—all tracks that showed a different side of his sound and pushed his music forward. That same year, he took part in Season 6 of the hit reality show Games of the Will, opening his world to an even bigger audience.

Right now, Pavell keeps doing what he’s always done: making music that feels real to him. Whether it’s solo releases or collaborations with other artists from the Bulgarian scene, he’s staying active, experimenting, and keeping fans guessing what’s next.
